Integrated Wealth Advisors, LLC — Effective June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Integrated Wealth Advisors, LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information through our website (integratedwa.com), mobile app, and client portal (the “Services”). It is separate from the privacy notice we deliver to clients under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation S-P (our “GLBA Privacy Notice”), which governs our handling of clients’ nonpublic personal information and is available on request.

Information we collect. Information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and account information) and information collected automatically when you use the Services (such as IP address, device and browser type, and usage activity). Our portal and app are provided by Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. (“Orion”), which collects and processes this information on our behalf and at our direction.

How we use it. To provide and operate the Services, service client relationships, communicate with you, maintain security, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share it. We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that support the Services (including Orion and our account custodian); with our affiliates, including Optimal Tax Asset Management, Inc., for everyday business purposes; and when required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Children. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children through the Services. We may, however, hold information about minors provided by an adult account holder or custodian in connection with accounts such as 529 or custodial (UTMA or UGMA) accounts; we handle that information under our GLBA Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Security and retention. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and retain it only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. No system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information; some information is regulated under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and may be exempt from state privacy laws. Changes. We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
